We also offer the possibility to rent our houses. Various types are available for rentals per week or per day. Prices are depending the type of house en the time of year when the rental starts.

- High season (HS): 16/06/07 till 25/08/07
- Mid season (MS): 12/05/07 till 15/06/07 and 26/08/07 till 29/09/07
- Low season (LS): remainder of the year

Rental Prices per week and per day

All indicated prices are including water, gas, electricity and access to the community pool (access with key). Tennis, golf, sauna, hotel pool and indoor pool are accessible at extra cost. Special prices apply during wintertime (on demand)

Discounts for 2007
(discounts only apply on rental prices and are not applicable on service supplements)

- General discount = 10% on all rentals starting in 2007. This discount can be cumulated with other discounts.
- Stay 2 consecutive weeks = 5%
- Stay 2 consecutive weeks MS = 10%
- Stay 4 consecutive weeks HS = 10%
- Stay 4 consecutive weeks LS = 15%


Service supplements: mandatory

- cancellation insurance = 6% (value rental price without discount)
- cleaning end of rental period = 65 euro (per house and rental period)
- participation residential costs = 35 euro (per house )
- bed sheets = 6,5 euro (per person and per change)
- caution = 150 euro (per house and rental period) (To be paid at reception of the keys. The amount will be returned at end of rental period if no damage)
- administration = 15 euro (dossier)


Service supplements: free

- intermediate cleaning = 50 euro (per house)
- bed sheet extra= 6,5 euro (per person and per change)
- towel set = 6,5 euro (per person and per change)
- maintenance set = 5 euro (piece)
- dressing-up bed = 5 euro (per person and per change)
- child cod = 3 euro (per person and per day)
