Scenario 1:
You purchase an existing house in Lomas de Campoamor.
1. Your house can if you prefer, and only if you prefer, be included in the
letting portfolio:
- You will take care of living arrangements and furnishing.
- ADELANTE REAL ESTATE SL will make an inventory of your house.
- ADELANTE REAL ESTATE SL will sign a letting agreement with you.
- Your house will be rented and you will receive the agreed rent directly from
ADELANTE REAL ESTATE SL.
The returns you may expect will of course depend on the periods that you make
your house available to the letting organisation. Based on a realistic
projection of the returns, you can count on a return of about 3% to 4% per year
on the investment value of your property.
Scenario 2
You purchase a house to be built in Las Ramblas, Campoamor (commercial zone),
La Finca, La Cañada:
1. Your house will be built upon settlement of the required down payment. After
finishing your house, the zone where it is located will be assessed as to
whether it will be ready for renting (swimming pool finished, planting,
building materials cleared out etc). After positive assesment.
2. Your house can if you prefer, and only if you prefer, be included in the
letting portfolio:
- You will take care of living arrangements and furnishing.

- ADELANTE REAL ESTATE SL will sign a letting agreement with you.

properties after 3 to 5 years.
For individual houses we also offer investment possibilities up to 13,5% per
